This article touches on the potential benefits of "water only" fasting about one day a week. Sounds interesting. If you figure you'd be cutting out the average 2000 calories of one day per week it could have some serious affects on weight. I didn't see a warning on there, but I'd throw in a disclaimer about the potential risks of not eating especially for a pregnant or nursing woman.
